The Front Row Check · free

Are you in the front row?

Ask ChatGPT for the best med spa in Chicago and it names three or four. Not everyone. A few, and to the person asking, the rest don’t exist. Almost nobody has checked whether they are one of the few.

There are three places a business loses a customer. We check all three for yours, by name, and send it back within one business day. Written by a person, with screenshots, one recommendation per row.

  1. 01

    Found first

Ask ChatGPT, Perplexity or Google for the best of what you do in your city. Are you in the answer? Who is? And where do you sit on the map when someone searches from a phone.

  2. 02

    Watched

What a new customer sees in the first three seconds: your page above the fold, your last five posts, and whether booking is one tap away or a phone call.

  3. 03

    Answered first

How fast an inquiry gets a reply. With your permission we send one through your own form and time it, and we call your line after hours to hear what answers.

Run mine.

Six fields. Nothing here is shared or sold; it is how we find your business and write to you once.

Free. Back within one business day, from a person.

Who runs it

Menelik, at Front Row Studio: a digital art house that happens to build websites, systems and visibility. The check is free because it is how we find out which row is costing you, and because the same work feeds our Friday notes, where we publish what we find, city by city. If one row is worth fixing, we will say which and how, and we will usually have made you something to show it: a ten-second spot, an agent you can call, a map of how an inquiry moves through your business, or your homepage redone. If nothing is worth fixing, we will say that too.

Everyone who asks also gets the kit: the check as a runbook you can run yourself, and two ten-minute rituals for running a week without losing the thread.

The studio’s first film, Still On The List, is 47 seconds about the customer who asked and never heard back. Watch it.
